Every dish at our restaurant in Prague is rooted in tradition, using Georgian cuisine recipes passed down through generations, shaped by family gatherings, celebrations, and the spirit of sharing.
At the heart of our Georgian restaurant in Prague is Chef Keti — a talented and passionate cook from Georgia, who brings with her a lifetime of culinary knowledge. She preserves the authentic flavors of Georgian food with respect, detail, and love. Each plate reflects her devotion to keeping our culinary heritage alive.
From freshly baked khachapuri and hand-crafted khinkali to comforting warm dishes and grilled specialties, our menu tells the story of Georgia — its mountains, its villages, and its culture. To complete your journey, we offer a carefully curated selection of Georgian wines, including traditional qvevri amber wines. Each bottle carries the history of Georgian winemaking — one of the oldest wine traditions in the world, with over 8,000 years of heritage.
At Vazi, every meal is more than food — it is a moment of togetherness.
We invite you to sit, share, taste, and feel at home in our Georgian restaurant in Prague.
About Vazi – Authentic Georgian Restaurant in Prague (Since 2023)
At the heart of our kitchen is Chef Keti, whose culinary journey is as rich and soulful as the flavors she creates.
What began as a deep love for cooking in her own home grew into a lifelong calling. Before turning professional, Keti spent years mastering traditional recipes while working in a pâtisserie and restaurant kitchen, where her talent quickly earned recognition. Driven by passion rather than ambition, she decided to refine her skills and formally study culinary arts — a step that transformed her path entirely.
Her dedication and expertise led her to become a lecturer at a culinary academy, where she taught young chefs, sharing not only techniques but the cultural meaning behind Georgian cuisine. Later, she served as head chef within a hotel and restaurant group in Georgia, where she continued to elevate and celebrate the flavors of her homeland.
Today, at Vazi, Chef Keti brings her heritage, her warmth, and her treasured family recipes to Prague.
Every dish she prepares carries a piece of Georgia — its traditions, its generosity, its history, and its soul.
With each meal, Keti invites you not just to taste Georgian cuisine — but to feel it.
Our guests visit us not only for the food but for the feeling of real Georgian hospitality in Prague.
