At the heart of our kitchen is Chef Keti, whose culinary journey is as rich as the flavours she creates. Originally a dedicated housewife, Keti spent years working at a pâtissierie and kitchen perfecting her traditional recipes, earning a reputation
for her exceptional cooking. Her passion for food led her to turn her love for cooking into a profession. She pursued culinary arts and later was invited as a lecturer at the academy teaching and sharing her knowledge and inspiring a new generation of chefs.
Keti’s career flourished as she took on the role of chef for a hotel and restaurant chain in Georgia, where she continued to showcase the depth and diversity of Georgian cuisine. Now, at Vazi, Chef Keti brings her wealth of experience and her beloved recipes to Prague, offering you an authentic taste of Georgia.
