Her dedication to preserving and sharing the genuine taste of Georgian cuisine ensures that every meal at Vazi is an unforgettable experience. With us, in addition to traditional dishes, you can also enjoy an excellent selection of Georgian wines, which tell the story of our country in every sip.

At the heart of our kitchen is Chef Keti, whose culinary journey is as rich as the flavours she creates. Originally a dedicated housewife, Keti spent years working at a pâtissierie and kitchen perfecting her traditional recipes, earning a reputation 
for her exceptional cooking. Her passion for food led her to turn her love for cooking into a profession. She pursued culinary arts and later was invited as a lecturer at the academy teaching and sharing her knowledge and inspiring a new generation of chefs.

Keti’s career flourished as she took on the role of chef for a hotel and restaurant chain in Georgia, where she continued to showcase the depth and diversity of Georgian cuisine. Now, at Vazi, Chef Keti brings her wealth of experience and her beloved recipes to Prague, offering you an authentic taste of Georgia.

by public and private transport. Vazi offers the following distinct spaces in the centre of Prague: Cafe&Bar, Gallery, Restaurant, 
Wine bar and outdoor area.

Cafe&Bar 


Our Cafe&Bar and its towering ceiling offer a generous space with plenty of natural lights combined with fancy chandeliers, perfect choice to spend your time in an elegant atmosphere. Bar itself provides a variety of beverages, mineral waters and soft drinks.

The Gallery space is certainly the space to be at when you are in Vazi. 
It is a pleasant, quiet and casual day well spent in a stylish atmosphere.

On the ground floor of Vazi you will experience a spacious, traditional, distinguished restaurant, offering an authentic feeling of Georgia. Combined with the artwork on the walls and an atmosphere that's relaxed and representative at the same time, you have the perfect venue for a variety of corporate, private and family dinners with live music and traditional dance, which has distinctive and unforgettable characteristics.

Authentic and cosy wine bar is located right before entering the restaurant, which is an ideal extension for the wine lovers to taste 
any kind of Georgian wine.

Dance


Georgia is considered as a country with unique diversity in dance, where each Georgian dance represents a story and ancient culture of Georgia. Costumes of Georgian traditional dances are very distinctive and visually appealing. As well as, It would be a pleasure to us to share an example of the modern vision of choreography of Georgian dance traditional movements.

Vazi’s offers a cheerful and pleasant outdoor area - Depending on the season and the weather, you can use our outdoor seating as a space to gain sunlight, increase your mood and energy levels.

Live Music


Georgia has rich and vibrant traditional music, It is the homeland of a variety of urban singing styles. Our music is an expression of sound that can evoke many emotions and reactions. It can be calming, energising, inspiring and uplifting. We are excited to share our lovely and great songs.
